The IK MULTI Pro 9 & IK MULTI Pro 9 sprayer has been designed to make the professional's work easier, thanks to improved safety features at key points of the sprayer. The professional sprayers are specially equipped with chemically resistant Viton seals designed for use with all Solvent and Non Solvent Sealers.
The seals and materials of IK Multi Pro 9 are particularly resistant to most acids, solvents and disinfectants. It includes a reinforced 1.5 m hose, a large integrated funnel to facilitate filling, a safety valve set at 3 bar that can be depressurised and prevents direct contact with the gas, a belt to carry it on a shoulder strap, two spray nozzles (adjustable cone and fan), a base for greater stability and foot support, colour cards to identify the contents of the tank, a stainless steel opening and closing handle with safety lock.
The safety value is set at 3 bar, so you can't over pump the unit and damage any sills. For professional workers, the large stable base and large integrate funnel fill can save time in-between use. Choose between two spray nozzle, a cone for more even distribution of product or a fan if straight spraying is required.
Its translucent tank allows to check the level of liquid inside and has a system for positioning the lance once the spraying task has been completed.
If using with Smartseal solvent based sealers, use Tools Cleaning Fluid to clean out the sprayer in between coats and after use.

Recommendations for proper cleaning and maintenance
Depressurise the sprayer and clean it with tools cleaning fluid (solvents) or water (solvent free) after every use.
Check the correct operation of the safety valve by triggering the mechanism every now and then and making sure that it releases pressure smoothly
In the event of obstruction of the nozzle, clean it with water or tools cleaning fluid and do not use metallic objects.
Clean the tank regularly after each use. Rinse with clean water or cleaning fluid if using solvents and, if necessary, use specific detergents to remove stubborn residues. Safety: Removing chemical residues prevents possible unwanted reactions and protects the health of spray operators.
If the filter of the handle is clogged, remove it and clean it with water.
Store the sprayer under cover, avoiding freezing temperatures and extreme heat (between 5°C and 30°C).
To prolong the life of the seals, regularly apply grease to the moving parts of the sprayer.
Check components: check the condition of nozzles, filters and hoses. Replace any worn or damaged components with original IK® spare parts, as these ensure safe and reliable equipment service.
