Patio Cleaner Xtreme is a fast acting, high performance patio cleaning product, with four powerful active ingredients. Patio Cleaner Xtreme offers the simple way to keep any patio clean often avoiding the need for pressure washing.
- Simply dilute 1:1 and apply to a wet surface by watering can or sprayer.
- It is important that the patio remains wet for 1 hour.
- Then wash away with water from hose or pressure washer. For areas of heavy soiling, scrub into surface or re-apply.

5 litres of product will clean and treat approximately 40 m² of flagstone, natural stone, or block paved patios. Wear appropriate safety wear at all times. see technical page for more information.
Application:
- Sweep away loose debris & areas with a heavy build-up of dirt & grime.
- Wet surface area with water.
- Dilute Patio Cleaner Xtreme at a ratio of 1:1. If removing black spot, don't dilute (use neat).
- Apply product to surface using a watering can or sprayer.
- Make sure that surface area doesn't dry out before rinsing off.
- Leave on surface area for up to 60 minutes.
- Rinse area with water.
It is important the patio remains wet throughout during 60 minute period, as the product becomes inactive once dry. Most ingrained organic matter and grime will be removed after one application, but sometimes a second application may be required to remove all black and white spot algae.
Health & Safety
Patio Cleaner Xtreme contains chlorine as an active ingredient and will stain fabrics and sensitive materials. Take care to avoid contact with fabrics during application. Toxic to aquatic life, wear protective gloves and goggles at all times. Patio Cleaner Xtreme can cause skin burns, avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of the reach of children.
Q: Our patio consists of white stone paving but part of it is a toughened glass floor (over an outdoor area below). We want to clean the patio with Xtreme patio cleaner. It would not be possible to prevent the cleaner from getting onto the glass - when rinsing off for example, although we would not apply Xtreme directly on the glass floor. The question is, would it harm/affect the glass in any way? I can send a photo if you wish.
A: The Patio Cleaner Xtreme should not have any adverse effect on the toughened glass you have described. However, it is corrosive, so care should be taken around any metallic elements that may be present.
Q: I need to use the black spot remover and the sealer. What are the environmental impacts. ?
A: For any environmental concerns regarding the chmical composition of products, please refer the the safety data sheets (SDS) which can be found under each product listing.
Q: Can you confirm if the Patio Cleaner Xtreme will be able to move a concentrated area where we have birds mess that has stained our drive. Thanks
A: The Patio Cleaner Xtreme should clean most types of dirt and grime including bird droppings. However, it is important to ensure the surface is scrubbed with a stiff brush or broom while the xtreme patio cleaner is still wet on the surface.
We provide a national delivery service for our block paving sealer, pattern imprinted concrete sealer, roof coatings and tarmac restorer on a standard 2 - 4 working day basis. Dependent on weight, this is normally done by pallet or parcel carrier.

Patio cleaner xtreme. Lots of claims as to what this can do for the patio, however, after viewing the video and carrying out the procedure. It worked entirely as advertised, the stones, some were black some with algae came up as good as new. Definitely an excellent product and will use again.
