A ready to apply concrete floor sealer, garage floor sealer & concrete dustproofer that is specially formulated to penetrate and stabilise dusty concrete floors and screeds. It leaves a very subtle sheen finish once dry. Our concrete floor sealer is ideal for sealing dusty concrete floors in many internal situations such as kitchens, factories, warehouses, sheds, garages, workshops.

A low viscosity concrete floor sealer that can be applied by roller, sprayer or brush and will quickly penetrate and seal most types of concrete flooring. It will bind any loose concrete dust and help to prolong the lifespan of the concrete it has been applied to.
For best results apply two coats.
Average coverage of 4-6sq m per litre dependent on surface porosity of the concrete floor it is being applied to. Coverage may increase to 8-15 sq m per litre on concrete that is smooth, polished or has floated/screeded finish.
Store in a cool dry place.
Use within 6 months of opening.

A: It is hard to say whether the concrete floor sealer can be used in this situation. It will depend on whether the dye you have used is also acting as a sealer. If so, then the concrete sealer may not penetrate intothe surface and work effectively. We would suggest doing a test patch with a sample first to determine suitabiity.
Q: I can't see any instructions for your sealant, but another company says don't apply sealant if humidity is over 65%. I'm on Scottish coast, and it's a conservatory application (so not external, but we have the windows & door open for ventilation). Will we be all right? I'm not sure it's ever below 65% here :-D
A: It should be fine to apply the concrete floor sealer when humidity levels are a bit higher than normal because of your location. If there is excess humidity it just may take a bit longer to full cure

A: The concrete floor sealer can be used on floors with underfloor heating. The heating should be off during application and during the period when it is left to dry.
