Patio Cleaner Xtreme is a fast acting, high performance patio cleaning product, with four powerful active ingredients. Patio Cleaner Xtreme offers the simple way to keep any patio clean often avoiding the need for pressure washing.
- Simply dilute 1:1 and apply to a wet surface by watering can or sprayer.
- It is important that the patio remains wet for 1 hour.
- Then wash away with water from hose or pressure washer. For areas of heavy soiling, scrub into surface or re-apply.

5 litres of product will clean and treat approximately 40 m² of flagstone, natural stone, or block paved patios. Wear appropriate safety wear at all times. see technical page for more information.
Application:
- Sweep away loose debris & areas with a heavy build-up of dirt & grime.
- Wet surface area with water.
- Dilute Patio Cleaner Xtreme at a ratio of 1:1. If removing black spot, don't dilute (use neat).
- Apply product to surface using a watering can or sprayer.
- Make sure that surface area doesn't dry out before rinsing off.
- Leave on surface area for up to 60 minutes.
- Rinse area with water.
It is important the patio remains wet throughout during 60 minute period, as the product becomes inactive once dry. Most ingrained organic matter and grime will be removed after one application, but sometimes a second application may be required to remove all black and white spot algae.
Health & Safety
Patio Cleaner Xtreme contains chlorine as an active ingredient and will stain fabrics and sensitive materials. Take care to avoid contact with fabrics during application. Toxic to aquatic life, wear protective gloves and goggles at all times. Patio Cleaner Xtreme can cause skin burns, avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of the reach of children.
Q: Hi, I have a very large pond next to my patio, would any splashes effect my koi. Also do i need to seal as i have never done before, Many thanks
A: A few small splashes into a pond should not hurt the fish but it is harmful in general to aquatic life, so best to avoid spillages into ponds or other water features. Sealing any external hard surface is generally considered beneficial as making a surface water resistant will help to slow the growth of moss or algae.
Q: Will this product affect resin type grouting between the slabs?
A: The Patio Clean Xtreme should not have any detrimental effect on resin grouting. If you are still unsure, carry out a small test patch first before proceeding with the whiole area.
Q: Hi Can this be used where the run-off will be onto part planted area and part artificial grass. Also what should I do with my dog, how quickly can she be allowed to access the garden, not the slabs and the grass? Regards John
A: You can use the patio clean xtreme near plants or artificial grass but to avoid any damage to grass or plants, you should rinse down the area heavily with water after you have finished. This will neautralise the effectiveness of the xtreme and prevent damage to plants or grass. Furthermore, when applying the patio clean xtreme, we suggest keeping any pets such as a dog off the surface while it is wet and the product is still active.

The order arrived quickly. The patio cleaner was very easy to use, applied with a watering can and lightly pressure washed off. The result is fantastic and we hope that it lasts longer than our normal clean. Would recommend, in fact we're just ordering some more!
