A ready to apply concrete floor sealer, garage floor sealer & concrete dustproofer that is specially formulated to penetrate and stabilise dusty concrete floors and screeds. It leaves a very subtle sheen finish once dry. Our concrete floor sealer is ideal for sealing dusty concrete floors in many internal situations such as kitchens, factories, warehouses, sheds, garages, workshops.

A low viscosity concrete floor sealer that can be applied by roller, sprayer or brush and will quickly penetrate and seal most types of concrete flooring. It will bind any loose concrete dust and help to prolong the lifespan of the concrete it has been applied to.
For best results apply two coats.
Average coverage of 4-6sq m per litre dependent on surface porosity of the concrete floor it is being applied to. Coverage may increase to 8-15 sq m per litre on concrete that is smooth, polished or has floated/screeded finish.
Store in a cool dry place.
Use within 6 months of opening.
Q: Hello! We have a microcement floor that has been sealed with Cemflow Sealer but we're hoping to add a subtle sheen/slight gloss finish while further protecting the floor. The floor was poured 2 weeks ago and it was sealed with the Cemflow sealer about 10 days ago. Is smart seal suitable to add the subtle gloss finish? Do you expect the existing sealer and smart seal to react in a bad way at all? Thanks
A: The solvent free Concrete Floor Sealer should only be applied to an unsealed surface so in this situation we would not advise aplying over the existing Cemflow sealer you have applied. Furthermore, it does not leave a subtle sheen or 'glossy' finish.
Q: Can this product be used to seal a dry screed floor prior to gluing LVT down?
A: The Concrete Floor Sealer (solvent free) should be OK to use in the situation you have described.
Q: Hi - is this product suitable to seal an old concrete garage floor and if so, if coated twice what colour should be when fully dry. Thanks 🙏🏽
A: The solvent free concrete sealer will seal the gardage floor without changing the appearnace of the surface much. You can try a sample to test first but you could consider using the Heavy Duty Floor Paint which comes in grey but will give a durable coating to the floor as well.
